Michaela Morris received her B.A. in English, with a minor in Sociology, in 2019 from Florida Gulf Coast University. She then jumped straight into law school, attending Stetson University College of Law, and graduated in 2022. She was admitted to the Florida Bar that same year and was subsequently admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 2023. Her career began in Burlington, North Carolina, where she practiced family law for one year before joining the Family Law Department here at Sussman Law Firm.
Michaela is a Florida native, but has come to call North Carolina home. She is passionate about the practice of family law and strives for client satisfaction. When she is not working, Michaela can be found spending time with her dog, Laila, catching up on the latest series, or reading a good thriller.
