Q: What type of payments do you accept?
A: We accept cash, checks, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. We do not charge any convenience fees for using a credit card.
Q: Do you offer payment plans?
For flat fee engagements, we offer interest free payment plans that can help with your budget. We simply ask for a small deposit, followed by monthly payments until the flat fee amount is paid in full. The best part about this is that we start working on your case right away!
For hourly engagements, we offer a trust deposit plan that can help with your budget. We simply ask for a small initial trust deposit, followed by even smaller monthly trust deposits. This allows us to start working on your case right away without the need to pay a large retainer up front.
Q: Do you offer free consultations?
A: Depending on the type of case, we may be able to offer you a free consultation. Please call our office for more information.
Q: What if I do not have transportation?
A: If you do not have transportation to our office, we would be happy to schedule an over the phone consultation.
Q: What is the Client Portal?
A: Staying up to date on your case is just as important to you as it is to us. Therefore, we provide our clients with the tools to check on the status of their case at their convenience, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Q: Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
For flat fee engagements, we offer a 20% discount if the fee is paid in full at the initial consultation. In addition, we offer monthly promotions in different practice areas. For police, fire, active military and veterans, our firms gives $100 off a client’s first monthly statement.
