Jenifer Rios

Jenifer Rios was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, where she developed a passion for the legal field at an early age. Growing up in an immigrant household, she witnessed firsthand the challenges many families face when navigating complex legal systems, inspiring her desire to become a voice for those who may not always feel heard.

Jenifer earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Sociology, from Appalachian State University. During her time there, she gained valuable experience as a Police Cadet and Dispatcher, roles that strengthened her communication skills and ability to perform in fast-paced environments. She has continued building her legal background through various roles in the legal field and aspires to become an attorney in the future.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Jenifer enjoys connecting with clients from diverse backgrounds and is currently expanding her language skills by learning Portuguese. She is passionate about helping others and takes pride in supporting clients throughout their legal journeys.

Outside of work, Jenifer enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, and seeking new experiences that reflect her adventurous spirit.
